refund problem
Hello sir.
i bought rare charriol from a guy in usa throw ebay and i returned the item as the item is not as he described...
i send it back by local postage and tracking number wasnt updated and seller received the item and he didnt refund me .. i have proof that he recieved the item but ebay didnt help me out because tracking number is not updated , therefore they closed the case and give the case to the seller favor...
whats should i do? i tried to contact many agents and no one helped me .. i paid 697 usd for the item...

if tracking was not updated, how do u know the item was rec'd by the seller?
did u contact the shipping company?
ebay has no control on how shipping companies conduct their business.
