Hey, I recently purchased a prepaid USPS shipping label through the eBay system. for an item that I have recently sold realizing it was a mistake. I canceled the label and did my normal go to the post office have the way it pay the correct shipping and get it off to the buyer the $30 hold that it put on my mess up prepaid label I canceled I never seem to ever get refunded for this this has been beyond a month or so so I understand when it’s first initiated they say give it time because they want to make sure that the label isn’t actually used that I’m canceling understandable but clearly I didn’t use the label. I never put it out and like I said the item I’m inquiring about I went and mailed in person purchased the shipping and clearly it has arrived to the buyer. Who do I contact about or how do I go about getting this $30 back that I purchased for a label to basically never was needed

Mentor4 months agoYou have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
