Refund posted but not recieved
It shows on eBay’s end that my money was refunded but it hasn’t shown up at my bank. How can I contact eBay to figure this out

Under your Payments tab in your Seller Hub, does it show where your refund was sent? Some Buyers chose to have their refund in the form of an eBay gift card. That should show in your Payments tab and also at checkout.

Mentor3 weeks agoRefunds go back to the original funding source and depending on that payment source's processing time determines when you will actually see the credit.

OP3 weeks agoThe other 2 refunds posted right away. But the 3rd one didn’t. I called my bank to make sure. 3-5 business days. It’s been over 2 weeks

Mentor3 weeks agoAre you sure you didn't use a credit/debit card? Those can take much longer.
