Refund Policy Ideas from Sellers
As a new Seller I'd like to ask some seasoned Sellers ideas for verbiage for setting up my Return Policy. I've had a couple refund requests that I feel are bogus and I'd like to prevent any more.

Your wording does not make any difference at all. What matters is what policy you select from the standard ebay list of return policy options.
When you sell with no returns, you are going to get more false returns than if you accept returns - with no returns you still have to accept not as described returns. When a buyer really wants to return something, the only option is to call it not as described. You can report the buyer for misusing the money back guarantee, but that does not help you financially.
If you accept returns, there is a better chance that your buyer will be honest about the reason, but it is not absolute. Buyers are used to getting free returns from other large sites, and some feel they should get it from all sites.
If you have confidence in the products you are selling, consider offering free returns. You always pay, but there is no incentive for the buyer to not be honest.
You need to respond to the negative and neutral feedback you have received. Those feedback are going to make other buyers hesitate to buy from you. Be polite and state facts - if there was a reason for not shipping, or late shipping, describe it.
You should offer the Prevagen buyer a refund or return - you can not sell outdated supplements.
â€Vitamins and supplements must be in new, unused condition and in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging. They must not be expired, with the expiration date entered in the item specificsâ€
