That is a pretty broken up / incomplete sentence. I'm happy to help, but I'm going to have to guess some of this as the info provided was extremely brief, which makes helping more difficult.
I assume you received an empty package. I appears you contacted the seller.
I have no idea what "...no legit shipping u" means. So more details please.
If you received an empty package, was the packaging damaged or was there nothing ever in the package?
Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.
