refund payment
so apparently something was wrong with my shipping address and the seller canceled the order one problem
i used a prepaid gift card and I don't know if i will get my money back

The refund will be returned to the gift card on file … and you can use it to pay for your next eBay purchase. [It will be there as an option in Checkout.]
BTW, I suspect that there’s nothing wrong with your address … and that the seller used that reason as an excuse … to avoid receiving a penalty on their account.
