Refund past 30 days
I got an order for a pair of shoes. The seller sent me two different sizes. LEFT is a size 7 and 7.5 is the correct size as did the box list the correct size. No one will help me get a refund and now I have shoes that are uncomfortable and I can’t resell.

Mentor8 months agoeBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. After this time they cannot help you and you would need to go to your payment source and see if you can open a charge back.
Sellers could still accept a return for up to 60 days from receipt if they choose to but the return would be done outside of eBay and eBay cannot force the seller to do this.
