refund overpayment when combined shipping cost.
How to refund overpayment when combined shipping cost. Customer already paid for three items when I combined the shipping he overpaid and I need to refund him the difference. ???

·2 years agoHi @lpas-69 Go to Orders > Actions > Send refund.
For the future, you can set your Account Settings > Selling > Shipping Preferences to allow combined shipping. If you use calculated shipping, change both the Combine Shipping setting, and the Calculated Shipping Rule settings > Combine all item weights.
That way, when a buyer adds items to their cart, the system automatically combines the shipping costs, recalculates the combined and/or discounted rate, and gives the buyer the right total to pay.

OP2 years agoI appreciate the response but when I go to orders on the sellers hub actions is not on the drop down list. Sorry for the aggrivation but can you help?

·2 years ago@lpas-69 No aggravation at all! If you're on a computer, scroll farther down the Actions list. Send refund is at the bottom of the list.
