Refund on shoes
A lady in the uk bought a pair of shoes from me with a clearly labeled size. In our conversation she asked for measurements and I gave them to her. She proceeds to buy the shoes (120$). Today they arrived in the uk and she is now asking for a refund because they “don’t fitâ€. Should I refund her or not. I feel like I gave the correct info and this is on her
