Refund on shipping if local pickup, label not printed

Buyer purchased an item, but they are local. Will eBay refund the shipping if I deliver locally. I have not printed the label

@florasfabulousfinds The best way to handle this so you have proof of delivery is to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer. Relist with LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.

Then the buyer receives QR code or 6 digit code in an email that you enter into the eBay app as proof of delivery. Without this your funds may be held longer and you will not have any proof of delivery.
