Refund on shipping for multiple items
I had a multiple individual comic books for sale, one buyer bid on like 8 things, paid for all them but the total shipping was like 70$, he has asked for a partial refund for the shipping, since all the items can fit in one package , the total of the items is only about 9$ and one shipping label wouldn’t be more than like 6$ so I would be taking a huge loss refunding him money, what can I do to resolve this? Am I required to give home a refund? He already paid then asked for a refund after the fact.

Mentor2 years ago@ethaandrew-6. I'd give a partial refund. You are not required to offer combined shipping but splitting it with the buyer would keep them happier.
Just don't display the shipping cost on the label.
