Refund on shipping for an item not shipped

I had paid for shipping when the order was cancelled. I issued a refund to buyer. But now need to get a refund for an item not sent

You can void a USPS label within 5 days of purchase here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
