refund on shipping for 10 combined items
how to give refund on shipping for 10 combined items, if none of the items sold are higher than the refund i want to give? Do I give 2 partial refunds for shipping from 2 of the items? OK, I combined shipping for 10 individual items (trading cards). The buyer paid $13.20 for shipping, after combined the shipping label was $5.27, so im trying to refund $7.93. The system will only allow me to give a refund for the amount of the item that im on for the refund. The highest total any one item is $5.00 and it wont let me give anymore than the 5$ for that one item. I tried combing a couple of the individual items and couldnt find any return option. Every one of the items were paid instantly when I accepted the offers, and this is a repeat customer. So as i accepted the offers it does the auto-pay, so I was not able to send an combined shipping invoice prior to payment. So is there a check-mark I missed somewhere when I was setting up the offers section, or during the acceptance of offers to not auto pay especially if its the same customer? I went ahead and returned the over paid shipping fees with 2 transactions through 2 of the 10 finished listings.
