Reserve fees are not refundable, but you can try asking customer service for a courtesy refund.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay https://x.com/ebay
To speak to customer service, use the link on this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
