Refund on promoted item due to no views?
Anyone know if I can get a refund on a promoted item fee when it hasn’t even given me any traffic?
my item has had 12 views and none of them are thanks to the paid promotion
I’ve been on eBay since 2005 and therefore not a new seller and I have 100% feedback so it’s not cos of that reason (which I saw when I googled)
It just seems unfair to pay this fee to try and sell one of my items/gain more views and it hasn’t worked

eBay can't guarantee that members will click on your listing even if you promote them. Promoted listings puts your listing in front of more buyers, but the buyer has to be interested enough in the item, the, photo, and your title to take the next step.
You will not receive a refund just because there was no interest in the item, no matter how many times eBay puts the listing in front of a buyer.
