Refund on original shipping
I do not accept returns and I sold a brand new pair of shorts with tags and even had measurements in my pictures, the buyer received shirts and opened a return request because they did not fit and I had free shipping on them, I messaged and told him I had a ruler on them and that I could accept the return but he would have to pay to return, my question here is do I have to give back the shipping I paid because it was not my fault they did not fit.

He can pay for the return shipping but you should refund him the full price of the shorts.

Mentor6 months agoHow did the buyer ask for a return? Did they open an "Item not as described" case or just open a return request? If they opened the "Not as described" case you must accept the return and provide a full refund once you get the item back. If they just opened a return request then you could deny the request since it is a fit issue which eBay considers buyers remorse.
