Refund on item - but item was exactly as described

I have a buyer who is asking for a refund on an item. The item is exactly as pictured/described. The buyer admitted to not being educated on the item and claims it doesn't work. But it did when it left my house. I'm not sure how to handle this

Did the buyer file a Return Request? If so, if the reason they chose for the return request is covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to approve the return request.
