Refund on iem seller cannot locate to ship.
Item was listed for a very long time and cant locate the item to ship.
Trying to issue a refund.
Cant find the pull down that gives me the option to just refund the buyer.

You need to cancel the transaction using the reason "out of stock or damage." The cancellation will initiate the refund. Click the three dots next to the order transaction to see the cancellation option.
