Refund on hold
Hello ,
have funds on hold , I never received funds cause they are on hold , buyer wants a refund , but I put in a problem with item when I received it back from buyer , he opened a sealed box it was brand new , I made a honest mistake in my wordage in my listing , it should of said sealed , never opened , brand new ! Buyer should on never open if he didn’t want item , then I hit refund button it said problem add bank were funds can come out of , no they are on hold in eBay !! There is no reason why it should come out of my bank . How do I fix this problem? Thanks
