Refund on Guest Order
Hi, about 2 weeks ago I ordered some shoes and the seller said he couldn’t find them so he’d refund me. Ebay then sent me an email saying my order couldn’t be cancelled and I’d have to wait until the estimated delivery date. Even though he never shipped it out. How can I get my refundv

The Seller should have cancelled from their end using the Out of Stock reason but they are trying to avoid a strike on their account by simply refunding you.
If you do not see the credit on your payment method then you can file the claim that you did not receive the item and you can do that as early as one day past the original estimated delivery date.
