Refund on eBay fees to seller
Hi,
I sold a pair of shoes and had them packaged with the label on them to ship to the buyer. I put them in my car and then had an incident where my car caught on fire and ruined the shoes. I would like to request a refund of eBay's fees for this incident. I have already contacted the buyer and provided them with a photo of the ruined shoes in my burned-out car. How do I do that, or can I even get a refund?

Mentor2 months agoIf you fully refunded the buyer then eBay would refund your final value fees but not any promoted listing fees.
