Refund on duplicate shipping label
I am new to selling and tried to print a shipping label from the phone app. I didn't go to my printer so I used my laptop to reprint the label. I guess I inadvertently 'purchased' a second label. How do I get a refund for that?

You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.
