refund on cancelled shipping label

I tried to print label, my computer got sheet stuck. I got paper out but not label, paid for printing another label and cancelled first. Still have not been reimbursed or refunded shipping label.

Hi @boncl71 If something like this happens again, you can use the Reprint option to reprint the same label you already purchased rather than cancelling the original label and buying a new one.

A cancelled label credit will take up to 21 days to appear on your account.
