Refund on bulk order
I bought a bulk order recently. One of the items were defective so I opened a return for the 1 item and it instantly generated a qr to return the item, only problem is, its for all the items. If I return it, I would receive a full refund instead of the partial refund I asked for. Which is quite a difference.
Does anyone know the solution to this?
I'm currently working with the seller on this matter and they urge me to send without eBay tracking.
I am unwilling to send without the protection that eBay offer.
What's the best thing to do here?
