Refund on an order placed back in December 29th
How do I go about getting a refund if the item has a shipping number, and the item I ordered hasn't arrived to the seller for them to send it? I ordered the item on December 29th 2023 and the shipping was created on February 4th 2024 it is April 2nd and I have decided to cancel. How do I handle this situation?

What was the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History for the item?
If the estimated date of delivery has passed by more than 30 days, you cannot file a Refund Request through Ebay.
File a dispute through Paypal, if you used Paypal to process your payment. Otherwise, contact your funding source and dispute the charge.
