Refund on a return
I shipped the wrong item. When I realized it I contacted the buyer. She needed the item for a trip so I sent out the correct item before I received the wrong item. I did a return to get a return label. I have received the wrong item but now ebay wants me to refund the money. She now has the correct item. How do I stop ebay from refunding the money?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer should have sent back the item for a full refund, and then repurchases the item again (and repays). Once the return is delivered back to you, ebay expects you to refund the buyer.
