Refund on a Allstate protection Plan

I bought an item the seller didn't have and they canceled the order an issued a refund. At the time of purchase I bought a Allstate protection plan. The seller won't refund the Allstate cost. How do I get a refund from Allstate?

You should have gotten an email with the insurance purchase. From that email, cancellation should be simple.
