Refund of the bad quality item
I requested a refund from the seller for a shoes that were purchased less than a month ago and worn twice. The leather coating is pilling off everywhere. The seller requested a picture of the shipping box and shipping label that I don’t have. Any suggestions what to do in this case?

Mentor4 months agoThe seller would be asking for those items if he plans on filing an insurance claim. But I don't think the problem is due to shipping.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
