Refund of shipping label
If there is not an option to offer feedback for a seller since the order was cancelled how do I access manage shipping to request a shipping label refund

Seller Hub > Order > Shipping labels
Locate the label. You have 28 days from the date of printing in order to VOID the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used. You can select PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, select the shipping method, enter the weight of the package, enter the dimensions of the package and print the label.
