Refund of seller's fees
I have a credit balance on my seller's account and would like to get a refund. I have tried to find a way to do this, but I can't find it on the website, and it seems impossible to speak to someone at eBay, or even send an email. Anyone know how I can get a refund?

Mentor2 years agoYou need to contact ebay. Ask ebay to send you a check.

OP2 years agoIn the end, I chatted with eBay customer service via FB messenger. They said they entered instructions for the refund, but it will take about a month. We'll see if it happens ....
