refund of original shipping cost
I purchased an item and paid for shipping. I returned the item and paid for return shipping. Seller did not refund original shipping cost, only cost of item. Am I not entitled to refund of original shipping cost ?

It depends. Why did you return the item? Was it buyer's remorse? Did the seller offered free returns or not?
If you had a complaint about the item, you could have waited for a return label. And a refund including shipping to you.

Mentor3 years agoIf you ordered the wrong size "does not fit", the seller has the option not to return the original shipping cost for your error.
