refund of my money
hello, I returned the goods to the seller, but he did not return the money to me and does not respond to messages, he already asked ebay to hang out, but they rejected it. Are there any options for what to do next?

Mentor3 years agoIf you returned a purchase using a prepaid label provided through eBay and the tracking shows delivery back to the seller, if the seller has not refunded in three business days, you can then ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

OP3 years agothe time has long passed, and I did not add the tracking number in time, and already asked ebay to intervene, they rejected immediately

Mentor3 years agoYou may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer some protection for up to six months.
