Refund of my money
Hello everyone, I would like you to help me resolve this problem because I made a payment 1 month ago and I have not received a package. I opened a complaint for the refund of my money but the seller asked me to close it because it will be delivered to me on the 19th but so far I have no tracking number. I would like eBay to reopen the claim and have my money refunded. Sincerely

No honest seller would instruct you to give up your buyer protection on a promise of resolution AFTER you do. You cannot reopen your case and you won't hear from the seller again.
If you funded your payment through PayPal, open a case there. Otherwise, contact your credit card company.
You can leave appropriate feedback to warn other buyers.
