I refunded a customer for an item that was never received. I am now out the item and the money. How do I get compensation?

·9 months agoYour only avenue for “compensation†is if the item was insured. Then you might be able to recover the funds through insurance. Otherwise, there is no compensation for sellers over missing or lost items.
