Refund of funds on an article that did nit arrive
I accidentally ordered two identical smartphones from a seller from Italy. After cancelling the first order he rejected my cancellation on the basis that the item was already sent. So i started the return process evn before the item arrived. Then it turned out that the item did not even arrive as stated. The tracking number he sent me did not match to any DPD Speditions. The second order arrived but the first did not.
I contacted him requesting to follow up but he was nit replying my messages adequately. So i closed the retour process thinking i could cancel the process since it didn't arrive so that i can send it back.
Currently i cannot report that the item has not yet arrived since i started a retun process and closed it. What should i do so that i could get my money back ?

There is nothing you can do through Ebay since you closed the return request.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to request a refund.
