Refund of extra shipping labels

Question

Hi,
Because I was getting website errors while generating shipping labels, I generated 3 shipping labels instead of 1. I initiated a refund for 2 our of 3 shipping labels (I used one of them, of course, to ship the item I sold). But for over a week now, I still haven't gotten a refund. Do I just wait for longer? I cannot find a way to get help from a real person on ebay and their chatbot doesn't work well. Thanks in advance.

I am sure you Cancelled the unused labels on this page: Track and manage your shipments

eBay allows 28 days to cancel a label plus when you purchase a label you can print it up to 5 times from that page link above.

A cancelled label will take 21 days or less to show up as a credit on your account, you can keep an eye on the Recent activity file on the right side of this page to see when the credit is posted: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
