Refund of expedited delivery fee
Hello, I recently sold an item on ebay that required that I send it to ebay authentication. I was charged $47.63 for expedited USPS priority mail express for two day delivery. However, it was delivered 5 days late. I want a refund of the expedited fee because USPS says they can't refund it to me because it was ebay who mailed it. So, how can I get a refund from ebay?
