refund of a label that the buyer did not use
I had to pay 7.17 for postage for a return item. the buyer did not return the item in 30 days. The hold was released but the shipping was not refunded. I am requesting a refund for paying for the return label.
The information I received was for cancelling a label under the delivered item. that's not what i need. I need to cancel the return shipping label for that item. which is under a different label id. How do i do that?
