Refund not yet received
I placed an order by mistake as there is no priview of cost available in ebay and in one click, the order goes through. Immediately on realizing that the charges are higher than the quote, I saw there were shipping charges and I cancelled the order. The supplier rejected my cancellation request and I have not received my refund - it is over 4 days now

·1 year agoThe seller is not required to agree to the cancellation, and in some cases, they CAN’T cancel. So, I would expect that you’ll receive the item.

·1 year agoBuyers can only REQUEST a cancellation, they can’t actually cancel from their end. The seller is NEVER required to cancel.
