Refund not submitting. Funds in account to cover
eBay customer service hasn’t been able to help me with this. I have been trying to refund this buyer for over a week and I know I have enough in my bank account for the refund but everytime I try to it tells me to add payment information even tho I have entered it every time it asks me to. I’m done stressing over this honestly. Ebay you see this you deal with it, take the money from me, Ive been trying for almost 2 weeks now I’m not going to worry about this anymore

Have you tried entering an alternative payment method for refunds in case the funds in your account are not available because of a payment hold?

OP2 years agoI don’t understand what this is asking but why should I need to use another form of payment when the card I use online works for everything. I don’t understand why my funds would be hold, im trying to pay this mother **bleep**er back and it’s pissing me off. eBay is pissing me off by not just letting me get this **bleep** stupid **bleep** his refund
