Refund not received that they said they sent on the 5th
The company bestway auto parts has told me that they sent my refund on October 5th but it's still nowhere to be see n my banking account with NVB in st.joseph

Mentor1 year ago@bobuc1944 Did you file an official refund request OR did the seller just say they were refunding you? If you have not filed an official refund request then you need to do so from your purchase history.
