Refund Not Received for Order 13-10302-57121

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with the refund for Order 13-10302-57121.
As per the information provided by the seller, the refund was released on July 18, 2023. However, as of today's date, I regret to inform you that I have not received the refund amount in my account. I have checked with my bank to ensure that there were no delays on their end, but they have confirmed that no refund has been credited to my account.
I understand that delays can occur during the refund process, but it has been over a week now since the refund was issued. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Could you kindly investigate the issue and provide me with an update on the status of the refund?
For your reference, I have attached a copy of the purchase confirmation and any relevant documentation related to the refund.
