Refund not received
Hello I need help with a refund that eBay says was already issued, but I have not received the money. Order number 23-15103-13312. The refund is $185.94 and eBay shows it was refunded to my Visa carte on September 18, 2026. Please help me how to trace the refund and how to connect me with an eBay agent if necessary to ask for refund transaction reference / ARN so that my bank can locate the funds.
