Refund not received
I purchased a double warmer for my business. We were not opened yet when I received it. When we opened it, the product worked for a week then stopped working. The return/shipping was only good for 30 days and had passed the date. They said I could still return it but would have to pay for shipping. I sent it back and paid $120 for shipping. Product was $306. They never issued my refund. They have ghosted me and I can't find any way to talk to a person on Ebay to help.
