refund not received
I purchased an item that had a 30 day return policy. I returned the item within 5 days, no refund received. Contacted the seller, they told me to take it up with the eBay team.

Did you open a return request? If yes, and the tracking shows delivered, go to your request and click ask us to step in.
If you did not open a return, but do have proof of delivery to the seller, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund.
