refund not received
Hi team,
our seller refund us but we didnt receive into our bank account yet at 19 march he refunded but now 1st april we didnt received our monet

What method did you use to pay for the item? was it a debit card, a credit card, an electronic payment like Google pay or PayPal?
Refunds for a debit card purchase may be held up by your bank, until the transfer is verified. A refund for a credit card purchase may not show up on your card provider's statement for up to 30 days, but you can cal the phone number on the back of the card and ask if a credit is being processed.
