Refund not received
I purchased shoes as a guest. Wrong size. Contacted seller. Decided to return for a refund. Seller couldn't find my sale even with my order number. Ebay couldn't find my sale. Seller was good about corresponding with me until I sent proof of returning the shoes. All communication has ceased and no refund issued. Now what do I do?
