Refund not received
Says refund was issued 16 Apr 2025 and case closed. However, it is now May 5 2025 and still not showing any credit for the refund amount on bank statement. I did have a new card issued on or near the date the refund was issued. Personal assistant does not help at all. Just a repeating loop.

If you had a new card issued, you should talk to your bank.
They may need to transfer the funds from the old card to your new card.
