Refund not received
I bought an item (covered by eBay’s money-back guarantee) on March 16, 2025. At one week, I politely asked seller if they knew when I might receive a tracking number (as I hadn’t received one yet). Several polite messages later (me to seller w/ no responses ever). I asked EBay to step in on April 1, 2025. April 3, 2025 EBay said they issued me a full refund. It is now April 12, 2025 and no refund. I can’t seem to find the resolution or reason why. Can anyone offer any insight or advice on what to do next? TIA
