Refund not received
What can you do when Ebay say they have refunded you but you have not received the money?
I have tried to get in touch with ebay but all I get is an automated response which just keeps saying that they have refunded me.

Mentor2 years agoIf you are the buyer, and the seller has refunded you, the refund goes back to the funding source. If that was a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show up on your credit card bill.
